Psychotherapy
A space to slow down and make sense of the emotional patterns that shape how you live, relate and experience yourself. This is depth-based, relational work that pays attention to what repeats, what feels stuck, and what may leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or unsure of what you need.
It can be especially helpful when something feels difficult to name, carry or change on your own.
Over time, therapy can offer a way to understand these experiences more fully, make sense of the stories that have shaped you and open up to new possibilities for living with greater clarity and ease.
Clinical Supervision
A thoughtful and supportive space for practitioners to reflect on their clinical work, notice patterns in their practice and attend to their own professional development. Supervision offers space to think carefully about the work, strengthen ethical and effective practice, and support confidence, insight and steadiness.
