Organisational Wellness & Consultation
Advising and specialist training to provide clear guidance on how to build a more human-centric business and ensure that mental health is integrated into the fabric of the workplace for sustained success, wellbeing and productivity. Training is based on facilitative learning to translate ideas and theories into practice and real-world change.
Organisations commission training by Dr Noble to gain insight into wellbeing, resilience and developing a trusting work culture. Training is delivered in person or virtually and is interactive in nature, providing a safe and trusting environment where attendees are encouraged to interject, experiment and share. Delivered as workshops, webinars, seminars and masterclasses, training aims to help people engage meaningful and, through the process of experiential learning, to build resilience and wellbeing, which will ultimately enhance their individual and their team’s performance at work.
